Remarks |
This command produces the following output
Current time is 14:34:30 You may enter the new time or press <RETURN> if you don't want to change it. Enter the time in the format "hh:mm:ss" where "hh" is the hour (24 hour clock), "mm" is the minutes, and "ss" is the seconds. (SpartaDOS 3.2 uses AM/PM — SpartaDOS X uses a 24 hour clock.) This command will produce meaningless results if you do not have a clock driver installed in your system. The two clock drivers are "CLOCK.SYS" and "JIFFY.SYS" — the first being for the R-Time 8 and the second uses the jiffy counter to keep its time. By default, one of these drivers will be installed when you boot, but this can be overridden by creating a custom "CONFIG.SYS" file and not including these drivers in the configuration. |
